Private Label Curtains Built Around Your Market
Drapestra develops private label curtains for importers, distributors, home textile brands, hospitality suppliers and established retail programs. The objective is not simply to add a brand name to an existing curtain. Each program is prepared around the required market, curtain application, price level, specifications and packaging format.
Private label development can cover window curtains, blackout curtains, sheer curtains, hotel curtains and other suitable fabric curtain categories. Product feasibility, material availability and order quantity are reviewed before sampling.
Buyers can provide an existing specification, reference product, drawing, product photographs or an initial design brief. We then identify the details that must be confirmed before an accurate quotation and production plan can be prepared.
Product Specifications Confirmed Before Sampling
A workable private label specification normally includes curtain type, finished dimensions, fabric composition, color, heading construction, lining or blackout requirements, accessories and finishing details.
Important decisions may include:
- Blackout, sheer, linen-look, velvet, jacquard or blended fabric
- Single-panel or paired-panel configuration
- Eyelet, hook, rod-pocket or other heading style
- Finished width, drop length and hem dimensions
- Solid color, printed pattern, jacquard or embroidery
- Functional and project-specific requirements
Fabric behavior can affect drape, light control, finished dimensions, sewing performance and cost. If the original material is unsuitable for the target price or order volume, alternative samples can be evaluated before proceeding.

Logo, Labels and Retail Identification
Private label identification may include woven labels, printed care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcode stickers and buyer-specific carton markings. The correct method depends on the curtain material, label position, expected washing conditions and retail presentation.
Artwork should preferably be supplied in an editable vector format. Label dimensions, colors, wording, care information and sewing positions must be approved before bulk production. Barcode files and product references should also be checked carefully because incorrect retail information may affect an entire shipment.
Detailed branding options are explained on the Custom Logo & Label page.
Custom Packaging for Private Label Orders
Packaging should be confirmed together with the product rather than after curtain production has started. Available formats can include individual poly bags, printed inserts, labels, barcodes, customized retail packaging, master cartons and specified carton markings.
Packaging dimensions depend on the finished curtain size, fabric thickness, folding method and number of panels per set. More complex printed packaging may require additional artwork approval, MOQ and production time.
Our Custom Packaging page explains the information required to evaluate suitable packing options.
Sample Development and Pre-Production Approval
A customized sample is used to verify fabric, dimensions, color, heading construction, stitching, labels and packaging presentation before bulk production. Customized curtain samples typically require 7–15 working days, depending on material sourcing and processing requirements.
The approved sample and confirmed specification become the production reference. Buyers should check not only appearance but also measurements, fabric performance, label content, barcode information, folding and packaging.
Changes requested after approval may affect the quotation, MOQ and delivery schedule. The full confirmation sequence is covered under Sample Development.
MOQ, Bulk Production and Quality Control
Customized OEM programs commonly start from 500–1,000 pieces per style or color. The actual MOQ depends on fabric availability, dyeing or printing requirements, dimensions, accessories, branding method and packaging.
Typical bulk production takes approximately 25–35 working days after sample and order approval. Complex customized programs may require 35–45 working days.
Quality checks cover incoming fabric, dimensions, stitching, appearance, color consistency, accessories, labels and packing against the confirmed order specification. Third-party testing or pre-shipment inspection can be arranged when required.
Information Needed for a Private Label Quotation
Please provide the curtain type, application, fabric preference, finished dimensions, heading style, colors, quantity per style or color, logo files, label requirements, packaging format and destination.
If a complete specification is unavailable, send reference photographs or a physical sample and identify the details that must remain unchanged. This allows us to assess feasibility, recommend the next sampling step and prepare a quotation based on defined requirements.
